Acting as rental agent - For clients who are engaged in properties investment, we will collect rental income, prepare tenancy agreements, handle overdue rental income, maintain proper and up-to-date rental records, safe custody and transfer of amount received and paid for and on behalf of clients for properties located in Hong Kong, Vancouver and Canada

Handling employees' information - In order to have proper control of private data, we will prepare payroll records, calculate and prepare statements for mandatory provident fund contributions, maintain up-to-date employees' records and prepare annual employer's returns
